Boxing classes are a great fitness workout for the hole body it includes running, shipping, core training. All this mixed with self Defence course and an Olympic sport.
You will see an improvement with your speed, balance, skill, strength, fitness, body shape and confidence.

Your first WEEK is completely free of charge, giving you a chance to take part and see if Boxing is for you.
If you decide to begin your Boxing training, there are several different options to choose from.
Depending on you level of commitment your instructor can advise which option may be most suitable.
