Muay Thai translated into English means "Thai Boxing" and is the national sport of Thailand. Referred to as "The Science of Eight Limbs", kicks, punches, knees and elbows are all used extensively in this Martial Art. Men and Women of all ages regardless of skill, weight or fitness level can learn and practice Muay Thai for recreation, fitness or competition.
